Overview

Vidzflow's recent updates include a workspace switcher, making it easy to toggle between your workspaces. Alongside the workspace name, you'll find two buttons: one leading to the members' page, the other to settings.

The members' page provides a list of all workspace members, their roles, and, for those with sufficient permissions (owners or admins), options to assign or remove roles. Here, you can also invite new users to your workspace. Invitations can be sent to non-Vidzflow users, who upon accepting, are directed to register and then automatically added to your workspace. Existing Vidzflow users receive both an email and a notification for the invitation.

The settings page offers customization options for your workspace, including name, description, icon, and handle. It also features a billing tab, displaying the current plan and options to change or update billing information.

Plans Changes

With the workspace feature's launch, plan and billing structures have been modified. Previously tied to individual user accounts, plans are now linked to workspaces. Your existing user plan has been automatically transferred to your workspace during this transition, requiring no extra steps from you. New workspaces start with a Free plan, carrying the same limitations as before. Note that only workspace owners can modify billing details and change plans.
